I've a feeling you might like what's called Oekai(I think I spelled that right).
It runs very similar in some ways to Photoshop with it's layers, masks in some instances and other things. Though it's run on java applets. I haven't done it myself or a paint chat in ages but if your interested I can dig something up.

i'm liking what your doing alot, so please keep it up.
and as for my blog, i wanted to do something with it, more towards a work related one, and that one was too random and messy.
